Flint arrived at Mainframe's office as he was working on a remote computer, the message to see the other Joe being urgent.
"What's the problem, Mainframe?"
"Flint, I needed command input about this. With Hawk in Washington and Duke on R&R, you're the next one in command.
The problems is Cobra, like always. Except this time Cobra doesn't know they're the problem." answered the man at the computer.
"What do you mean?" asked the Warrant Officer in the beret.
"There was a Cobra officer known as Doctor Venom, he was in charge of 'interrogations and mind control experiments' before Mindbender. He crated the Brainwave Scanner.' As the man talked, Flint remember the device which could view memories... or rewrite minds.
Mainframe continued, "His programs were so advanced... well... most of the other Cobra nerds used them for the base of their work. Destro, Mindbender and others. If it was audio, visual or electronic mind control in nature it would use his basic programming as a base. Except they didn't look close enough. There is a secret program hidden in what might look like a boring and mundane part of the main programming. A superior ultimate mind control program, especially good for sleeper agents.
Basically, anyone exposed the program would have a backdoor placed in their mind. If they hear or see the command, except in the special way imputed in the hidden mass of the computer, their minds are open to complete mind control. The power to control their minds remain. This is the command in the special font."
The screen showed a red font on blue, the font looking snake like, with the words "S.P. Override" on it.
Flint, a Rhodes Scholar, went over the problems in his mind. Then said, "If it's in all electronic mind control... all of the Joes are affected. Likely all of Cobra as well. Plus who knows how many of the people of the world. Most of the teen population with Cold Slither. Cobra likely has the world under it's mind control and does know it.
Print out a copy of all this for me. Then destroy all knowledge of this, burn the computer you have been working on if you have to. There is no way this can land in Cobra's lap. This is above Top Secret for now. Just you, me and whoever else needs to know."
Mainframe nodded and did just that. Printing it out and began to format and reformat the computer.
Flint moved to his office to read the data of the program and it's secrets.
