Lascivious and Letha, two superhuman women, with the power of mind control. Lascivious and Letha were originally female wrestlers enhanced by giving them super-strength but without altering their sexy female bodies. All they had to do was act as hench-people for Roxxon the evil oil company. The brunette Lascivious under the name of Titania (the original but less well known then the second one connected to the Absorbing Man) and the blond Letha bounced between the two roles.

 Till they were both killed in the mass murder at the Bar with No Name.

 Being dead usually meant the end of a career. But they mounted a comeback with the help of The Hood and the Norn Stone. Which resurrected a number of dead villains to hunt the Hood's foe at the time, The Punisher. However, some of the villains, such as the former Titania and Letha. Letha was given the mind control power to the aggression parts of the brain, creating anger and hatred in who she chooses. Titania gained the power to control the part of the brain managing passions and sexual desire, making her able to make anyone fall in love with people/places/things she chooses. Herself included. Which is the reason she left the name Titania to the more famous on to become Lascivious.
