She soon come into view. She was dressed in a green and gold minidress, which matched her heeled boots and her fingerless gloves. Circles and lines of gold were a common on the clothing, which matched the gold circle earrings she wore. But it was her purple hair which made things obvious who it was. Circe, enemy of the Amazon Queen Hippolyta as well as her daughter Wonder Woman, who had been paroled from the Underworld.
He had run into her when she had lured them into a trap to turn Diana into a piggy. He had to catch the witch goddess when she had decided to show off her singing, only to be required to sing in exchanged for freeing Diana. Now he had to ask, "Why?"
"Well, ever since you sang to help your little piggy to become a real girl, it had really gotten to me. "Fixable, given my years of magic. That and some shopping." she said as she moved to reveal three items. One of which he was sure was destroyed, one he was sure was in lock down, and one he didn't know.
"I know you know what two of these are. The Philosopher's Stone, which you thought destroyed. Except who said there was only one? Hard to make, you need to be a master at magic or a being of power... and, damn, I'm both. The ability to manipulate time and reality, creating temporary illusions which can be made permanent. The Medusa Mask, able to control emotions, used by the villain Psycho-Pirate. Which should be locked up. Save for my power.
Finally the Ibistick. A wand created by Thoth himself. Contains a resevoir of unlimited power, as well as producing any magical effect that its caster can conceive of. In the Underworld, I had time to think of interesting things to do with magic. Centuries of time. Including mixing magic items like this, and the spells needed to do it, so I can get the results I want.
Performing the spell, using the items at hand, I will make you my willing happy loving loyal lover. Not only permanently, but you will fight against any attempt to undo what I did to you." she said as she moved to him, placing one finger under his chin lifting his head up.
"Why makes you think I'll let you cast that spell?" he said as he almost had one hand in position to squeeze out of the chains.
"Still Bruce... I prepared the spell before I left, casted it while you were out and now I just have to trigger it with love's first kiss." she said as she moved in to kiss him on the lips.
