Genii Loci, a location with a personality, with a mind. Many of them are protective of the people who live in them, giving with them granting people's every wish or destructive seeking the death of others. This one is different, for this is a sexual spirit location.
For centuries, it has taken the form which would allow it to create sexual energies it enjoys. A brothel, a burlesque house, and it's most common form of a strip club. But there had been times when people or owners of the locations had not wanted to continue a sexual business, or had problems attacting employees. The location had developed powers to counter that.
It could convince it's owner to make a sexual business, increasing their lust and enjoyment of sex. Even using the sex workers or even customers in the building to sweeten the deal.
