Batman woke up in a familiar predicament: dazed and confused, restrained by Ivy's plants and staring at the face of a most gorgeous woman. He didn't need pheromones to appreciate the magnificent beauty of one of his most dangerous villains.
Batman: "Ivy, we've been through this before. Nothing will change. Give in now and no one gets hurt, least of all your precious plants."
Ivy: "Oh Batman, this time it will be different. And while I've said that before, my approach is different this time. I've never sought for you to understand me. We fight for the same thing you and I. I'm no evil villain. I fight for justice just like you. I just better know who the enemies of justice are. You will too. And pretty soon we'll be fighting those enemies together. Pretty soon you won't think of hurting the plants...my babies...our babies."
As Ivy stressed her last words she drove a syringe into the Dark Knight's neck. He writhed in pain until he slowly drooped and became relaxed.
